Tic Tac Toe X and O (In-the-Hoop)

Make your own tic tac toe game with an in-the-hoop 'X' and 'O'. Project instructions will show you how to stitch and assemble these machine embroidery designs. Five stitch outs of each will be needed to make a complete game. Each individual piece measures 3.75" x 3.87". Plus, instructions will also show you how to make your own playing board (not in-the-hoop)!
